- April 2022
Our first acquisition: ~200 barrels of oil per day in Wyoming. We bootstrapped: family and friends provided the equity and Jonah Bank of Wyoming provided the debt.
- June 2022
Our second acquisition: ~300 barrels of oil per day in Wyoming from Osborn Heirs.
- December 2024
Expanded our upstream assets into Oklahoma via ~550 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
- December 2025
Acquired Crescent midcon assets for $130 million, adding ~9,250 barrels of oil equivalent.
- Current
Our team of ~100 continues to pursue upstream assets, while concurrently starting up midstream and retail operations. We are still bootstrapped and sharing the equity growth of the company with employees.
